» How do I remove items from the Shopping Cart?
Once you click "View Cart" button you will be seeing the contents of your Shopping Cart. On the left of each item in your cart there is a clickable red button that you can use to remove items.
» After I've added items to the Shopping Cart, how do I check out?
Click "Checkout" and you'll be taken to the checkout page where you will be asked to enter your Shipping and Credit Card information. Please fill out these forms carefully and click "Continue". You'll be taken to the "Confirmation" page where you should verify and confirm the information you have provided. If you confirm the information on the "Confirmation" page click "Process Order". Your credit card will charged for the total amount shown. Please record your Order Confirmation Number for future reference.

» What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with any item you buy from us, please email our Customer Service at customerservice@CottonConnectionStores.com along with the order number. We will arrange the return of the items and refunding purchase. Seasonal (Holiday) products are not refundable.
» Return or Exchanges:
Please send your package to us after receiving your RMA# via insured and prepaid U.S. mail or UPS. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Cotton Connection Retail Stores are unable to accept any online returns. Please send returns to:

Unfortunately we do not send shipments as gifts to third parties for security reasons.
NOTE: UPS or FedEx cannot ship to a Post Office Box. Please provide a street address for shipping.
